                combines the architectural focus and the ability to work with the construction
                team under one roof.

                    With the contractor involved from the beginning, problems are foreseen
                before the build. Rather than working independently, the architect works
                seamlessly with the in-house construction manager. As they work together,
                concept becomes reality, knowing exactly what will work on a given site
